Self Exploration

The Process starts with guiding you through a comprehensive Profile Assessment. The answers to these questions discover what you love to do, what your unique skills, talents and gifts are, and what is truly important to you. Every factor is taken into consideration when designing your career.

Assessment Presentation

We design from your twelve page report, career options that you would like to explore further. Some people decide in one direction. Most people determine 3–5 career choices they’d like to explore further.

Research

During this phase you meet with successful people in fields of your choice. You’ll learn how to make business contacts and ask questions that will lead you to the inside secrets of that profession or business. You’ll gather the necessary information to further clarify your life purpose direction.

Here we develop a specific plan of action to help you achieve your short-term and long range goals. Whether your need is for immediate employment or longer range planning, we design a course of action that meets your needs.
