The Gestalt Institute and the Relationship Center all would like to invite all recovering persons to attend an Aftercare Program Meeting at our office, 1537 Metairie Road. The initial meeting will be Saturday morning June 30th from 10am-12noon. Please call us at 504 828 2267 and pre-register by phone. Possible group times will be decided then.
This program is designed to provide continual care for all addicted persons/clients exiting a therapeutic community/program upon completion of treatment. Participants will not be limited to just those individuals of Gestalt Institute, but will be open to those needing continual care in their efforts to maintain recovery from their addiction. The program will provide case management and support services to assist individuals with their transition back into their community, and their normal live style free of any addictions. If you cannot attend the June 30th meeting, phone us anyhow.
Clients may attend this outpatient Aftercare Program up to six (6) months or longer if necessary, depending on the individual’s ability to maintain free of his addiction, living and achieving his aftercare goals. There is a small cost of $30.00 per group, per person. The cost may be paid weekly or once a month at the beginning of each month.
